is located in an idyllic green area at Tranby, area B21, B8 and B4, in Lier, where our client Miris will build innovative, active, sustainable, and not least climate-friendly detached houses.
Lier is Norway's apple and fruit municipality, and as the project name suggests, the views from the houses are long and beautiful. The project will contain functional, modern family homes, in safe and lush surroundings just 25 minutes’ drive from Oslo and 10 minutes from Drammen. Nordal Panorama offers a good growing environment, close to the Lier city and an attractive elementary school and kindergarden.
The project that has been developed has 3 types of dwellings divided into three sites. In total, the area will have capacity for 20 homes. The houses are sustainable and are to be built without large amounts of concrete, with extensive use of wood and natural stone cladding. The houses will be equipped with water-borne heat, solar panels, modern climate strategy, food waste facilities, modern faming systems and smart electrical engineering.

We have chosen a stylish Nordic architecture with refined facades, large windows and a lot of light. The homes have space-efficient and well thought-out floor plans, good outdoor areas and facilities that meet the needs for small as well as for large family.
The homes
will be built with a high standard, implemented solutions and equipment and materials provided by well-known quality suppliers. The standard delivery is carefully selected by interior designer, who has picked out delicate, high quality products that give the homes an elegant and stylish character. The facades are very exciting with large windows with dark and natural profiles and design. The outer casing is fitted with panels of different widths, creating a great variety and "play" in the façade.
